A mate lost his tigermoth on sunday.He lost it when his rx batt died....it crashed into the middle of a field of oil seed rape,6ft high and storks like vanessa feltz ankles

The guy went in armed with a makeshift red flag(red binbag on broom handle lol) as i directed him after using a tree in the distance.No joy..he came back after walking 500 yrds through it sweating his nads off and looking a little bit depressed

So today i put my flycam on a mates acromaster plank and flew the line around 200 ft above,spotted it straight away once we veiwed it on the lappy in the back of my van lol.Went and got it,childs play.

To my surprise,it was in one piece,infact,when the guy turned up to get it he inspected it and said theres no body damage at all

Felt well chuffed along with my mate,2 months time that £800 scale moth would of been combined up,big time

I use the field as a saftey net for my helifun,got a bleeper on as i lost my 400 for 30 mins last week lol

Mart,i would not want a penny for my troubles,the satisfaction in finding it is enough for me.Stuart,the chap who lost it is an old work freind too.Im sure there will be a 24pack turning up on sunday at our club
