Im told there is a flying site at St Osyth near Clacton, Clay Lane 'Church on corner' its off the B1029 Colchester By Pass
Does anyone know of this one.

Just wanted to bump it up again in the hope someone may know.

I think there is a club over there, not sure on the details myself but we have chaps from Clacton way who drive all the way over to Chelmsford to fly...

There is a club site I think its near Kirby Le Stoken, Clacton but I think this over one is just a flying site but you could check with your club if they may know.

Will do Jim, not sure when I will be over the club as I have a glider comp on Sunday and visiting the Mrs's parents tomorrow... might pop over this evening if the weather calms down.

There is a guy at our club who comes from Clacton, but he hasnt been there this weekend, I think he maybe more of a weekday flyer, which works gets in the way of

If I bump in to him I'll ask.

Might be an idea to pop over to this club your on about on a weekend, there us sure to be someone flying I would have thought.
