The Stansted Model Flying Club is based near Wrotham hill in Kent. We are a friendly club with a good membership of modellers of varying age and skill levels flying fixed wing aircraft and helicopters of varying types.

if you are just starting out then you may wish to take advantage of our club flying instructors. We offer training for BMFA ' A' ' B ' and ' C ' certification for fixed wing and helicopters.

forgot to mention ....... the club is now a seven day week flying field

flying times are from 4:30 weekdays and 12 pm weekends

SMFC now also has a seperate heli field to keep the planes seperate from helis

Smfc are planning to hold a bring & buy fly-in at their club field on either 19th july or 16th august (date & times to be confirmed.)
