Help Needed

Hi All,

I have been a member on this forum since 2007. I read every night all the post that are relevant to me

Trex 450, 600E, 600Nitro, Scale

But I do not post much information, due to the fact that all my knowledge on the hobby has come from forums like this.

The problem that I have is that I am trying to sell some items and I was hoping that someone would post them for me. By the time I have made 50 post I will be in my 90`s.

Difficult one Fred but I would be asking someone who lives nearby or even someone who know's you personally.

Maybe worth a shot in that direction.

I think that's the point Fred. You see, as you do acquire some knowledge, even a small amount, you can post answers to newer members to save the 'regulars' from having to answer the same old questions ad-infinitum. I'm sure they must get bored.

So when I have learnt something I try to pass it on next time someone asks. That way 1) you learn, 2) they learn, 3) you get your posts up 4) the regulars get a rest.

Win - win - win.

Hi,

Having joined this forum a while ago now.I too had the same dilemma when i wanted to try and sell something that i had of use to some other avid heli addict(pardon the pun).

I didnt realise that you need to have some particulars to sell some items.However i understand the reasons and the practices that we have to follow to ensure the safety for the members and rules that this forum has to have to work correctly.

however i would like to say that this forum is quite tricky to a newcomer and could be made easier to get around.

e.g. instead of having to go through forums/for sale etc...to see if something i want is for sale.

why cant we be able to create our own shortcuts in our cp..

I have to admit in regards to other forums i have been a member of this has to be one of the hardest to use but the most friendly.

my suggestions are why cannot we put the forum jump on every page whether at the bottom or the top of the page.I also realise that this forum is run and will progress over time..but i think it would greatly enhance our new members if it were easier to get around..

Thanks again for a wonderful forum..and may it progress into the forum i hope i will one day be.
