I got a mate who smacked into lounge door frame while hovering a FP electric heli indoors - his missus made him sand it down and repaint it to get rid of the scuffs. lol

Nice one! don't worry, they're only vermin anyway. Shame about the heli, tho.

far too many ground hits to count,
                      the daftest:
flipping inverted without the idle up and then applying full neg pitch and pretty much stopping the blades dead to witness her gracefully plummet 100ft with a stalled engine

                      most costly:
forgetting to pull out of a 540 stall turn, shuttle was deffinitly beyond repair so i bought a vision 50 instead!
As long as they're spinning you'll be fine, it'll make you a better pilot in the long run

Vision 50 ultimate v2: TT redline
Shuttle ZXX (all the bling i could lay my hands on over the 8yrs i've had it) OS32
                      Trex 450 XL

There wasn't much left, though, once my Walkera 4#3 was finished with it

The ground mainly and at various velocities but I managed to kill a seagull without leaving a mark or damaging the heli! As I saw it coming straight for the heli I pulled up vertical and the poor birdie flew straight into the underside at about 20mph. It was obviously a better pilot than me as it executed a near perfect death spiral but unfortunately didn't pull out at the bottom!

Well new one on me today, had a servo failiure on my rave and managed to ditch the rave into the ground but the problem with that was there was a freshish cow pat in the way, oh my god what a mess, took me an hour to clean it to a point i could assess the damage, don't want to have to do that 2 often but the field we use, is one of 2 next to each other and the cows were in this one last week
