Hi there. Forgive me asking a dumb question, but you did precede the numbers shown on the site with 00353 and drop the leading 0 in the number?
i.e. to dial them up you need to dial 00353 1 458 9834.

that only applies to numbers in the republic of ireland, not northern ireland.
