.......and curious how they work? for instance are they ever deducted as I seem to have 2 missing from yesterday!..........

It's a slippery slope then Phil.....shame really..... so if it's true you might as well keep your mouth shut....not interact or participate in harmless humour and banter just incase someone takes a dislike to a post...........

I'm interested in what the criteria is, as well as how it's deducted and by whom?....or if there's an alternative innocent explantation....

Anyone else notice there seems to be a general lack of thanks being given to a lot of posts that deserve a little thumbs up these days..

I've noticed a few things recently, but I guess it's just the poorer side of human nature that people can't go out of their way to thank those who have gone out of their way to help them.

If you hit the REP button you can give good or bad REP but you have to spread it around you can't just sit there giving one person loads

Did'nt know there was a bad rep button......all I do is add a thanks to posts that deserve it...so where's the bad one?

I suspect a thanks to someone enhances their reputation. I just tried the rep button, and it said I'd given out too much reputation in the last 24 hrs.

I know it feels good to have REP's but you know if someone is nice or not! and eddie you have nothing to worry about!!
