Just been looking at my new Airwolf body for my Trex 500 and it looks to me like it I can't put a light on the rear vertical fin, even though I have seen videos of it on youtube with a white light in the tail. Any ideas guys?

I built a Hughes 500E last year and bought LED lights from this website:

LiGlow.com - RC Home of the LiGlow - LED Strobe Light and LiPo Battery Alarm.

They were brilliant... not only in design, quality but in bightness too!

Very small and compact. The chap who makes them can do pretty much anything you request. Drop him an email with your requirements and i am sure he will help you out.

if i remember correctly the rear vert fin is hollow, well almost i think it has some poly foam inside, so i drilled a small hole in the top then pushed a fine steel rod down inside it ,then drilled a small hole on the side ware i wanted the wires to exit ,fiddly but the next step is to feed your cable down inside then pull out where the exit hole is,i used a piece of stiff copper wire attached to one end the cable and pulled it through,if you pre drill a small hole into your tail where the vert fin fixes you can put the cable directly in fuzz and then connect up,hope this gives you some help towards doing a great job ! cheers
