Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Adrian and Mike for inviting me down as a guest this weekend. Also a big thank you to all members who were down the field and made me feel so welcome as always.

Managed to overcome 2 hurdles whilest there, first off maidened my 450 , and also lost the training gear!

Had a really great time n totally enjoyed watching you all fly and having a chat

I remember the same thing when i told you Pete, glad you have passed it on.

Was stonking hot at 24 degs in the sun and the Aurora was fine tunned and is absolutley stonking, love it to bits. Vision was rocking until the muffler gasket blew and then that was grounded for the rest of the day. Had a bit of a whoops on the 700 pushing it to hard but minimal damage.
Mark Lane was flying superbly today as we all were.
Ashley crash tested the beam today, just lost orientation but fell in long grass and only needs a feathering shaft, the problem was finding it, that took 5-10 mins
All in all though a superb day

What a great afternoon! And yes, a Tex 700 now graces my fleet! Chuffed to bits with it.

Cheers to everyone who lent a hand to get it into the air!

Looking forward to my next outting with it!!

All I can add to the title is......it was an absolutely terrific day...

I had almost two hours flying on my own with billy no mates until Ron and Dan arrived.....
Rons Raptor sounds like a leccy...his new engine is sooo smooth!



Dan and his 500 really made the most of the day with some great time in the air..



Aidi....what can I say mate, you and your 700 are a pair made in heaven and she looks the dogs chopper.....



....and finally I had a great day with lots of circuit practice and enjoyed every min of the flying, banter and great company...

I too had a great day down at DMHC (after a morning at SCHC (I feel like an adulterer!)).
Stuck my BEAM in and the 500 managed to lose a screw out of the radius arm but still came away smiling.
In fact there were quite a few helis that went in today but everyone still came away with a big grin on their faces.
Aidi with his new toy, Pete with some stonking moves, Mike getting his Raptor sorted finally, Chris with the flybarless logo. Well you get the picture.
