Anyone have any experience with Pegasus Models? I'm considering cutting an order with them next week and just wondered if anyone had used them?

They are my local MS when im at home in norwich, Tony ,Craig ,Gordon are always there to help you out with any heli problem, For mail order they are quick too!

Give them a try Martin and find out for yourself. Or give them a ring and see what service they give you on the phone. All it takes is one person to have had a bad experience and the thread will turn to custard. Give them a go and let us all know your experiences.

Fair comment Pete. I've certainly had good email support from them following enquiries.

Once, I made an enquiry regarding an advertised price on the DSX9. They had it priced on the old prices while every other competitor had raised their prices by £150.

I did not get the radio because it was sold out but he admitted that with the 15% VAT change and price rises they could not keep up with updating their website.

We had a long chat about helis and prices and even though I did not buy anything that time, he was very friendly over the phone.

Only ever ordered my 700 kit from them. Spoke to Craig, he was easy to talk to and my kit turned up sharpish thereafter.
