I am looking for a 2nd heli & have found the below close to where I live.
I would like to make a sensible fair 'out of ebay offer'
could someone please give me a guide so I do not insult the sellar.

put it this way i have just gone and bought a trex 450 all it requires is a rx which i have and also requires a tx
it has metal geared high speed servos etc and a load of spares
and i payed 175 from the bmfa check it out on this link : BMFA Classified Ads / TREX 450 SE PLUS SPARES
only diffrence is it is v1 i think

You need to find out what gyro and servos they are though

not a bad price, but what spec is it?

would like to know what gyro it is, and what servos are used. only then would the price be comparable.

Narra's has some good kit on it, and its the v2.

You are also buying from a forum member who knows what he is doing, not a novice from ebay who doesnt seem to know much about the heli..

He is picking it up tomoz Does say at the top of the ad
"TREX 450 SE"

But i know nothing about heli's

Its not a V2 but the ad doesn't say it is!
Its a V1 since the V2 mounts the gyro on the underside of the boom clamp.
Still not too bad though.
Someone I know has recently picked up a second hand Carbon V2 with 401 and 9257, 3 futabas on the cyclic for as low as £160!
I do believe he picked up quite a bargain though!

How can you tell??? Picture 6 shows the case the kit comes in and it's a V2 case..... Gyro mounted underneath boom.... correct head button for V2... V2 manual included....so what can you see that Im missing??? apart from the seller having no idea,where to mount the battery correctly on that heli............ and it has probally been smacked as the original blades are not on the heli.. but Align cheapies are......and I would'nt use the HK specials in black and yellow for anything other than stirring paint with..
