gryo probs!!!

just spent the last hour or so running in my engine and giving it a tune, at 1st i thort it was due to vibes from the rich running engine, but its not, i got the gyro (401) mounted on the front gyro mount over align ds610s, evn when my heli doesnt move the tail servo gitters around, you think it cld be interference from the servos causing this??? ive tries different sticky pads and im still getting it? shld i move it to the back??

My S9254, driven by a 401, is constantly "twittering" even when the heli is on the bench. I kinda thought this was pretty normal.

Functions fine in the air tho.

yeah, my other helis do the same but its like a twitch in the air aswell!! not a wag from gain, just a twichy feeling

My tail end twitched a few times but that was the belt. Your 600 has a TT so can't be that.

i know, am miffed, im gonna move it to the back and see if its any better!!! cant wait for the spartan to appear!! lol!!! oh yeah, mart, the ds610 servos drain the align pack in the 2in1, if your going for long flights id reckomend getting a outrage 3000mah, i got one on order!!

one off our club members had the same problem but when you moved the gyro away from the servos it stopped , so we mounted the gyro at the back of the heli and it was fine after that , personaly i think the align servos are a bit noisy with seems to interfear with the gyro when mounted above them , you can mount the gyro mounting plat behind the swash and your problem will be solved

yes, it's probably interference, as was already guessed. I have my gyros right on top of the servos, and it works. But I've heard it from many others that it caused problems

yeah, it is only a 401, wonder if the spartan will do the same when it appears!!

right, gyro moved, all screws checked, bout m10mins and the rx batt will be charged, then im off out again!!! oh yeah mart,get a decent thottle servo, i put a cheap futaba 3010 in mine coz its all they had, not very good, doesnt react very well!!!!
