Before you fit the new gears, do make sure you account for all of the teeth...

Glad you already checked that. I had a servo jam about a dozen flights after replacing the gears - due to a broken tooth floating about inside it.

Consider fitting a trex600 tail hub with thrust bearings to your raptor - cheap and eliminates the rather poorly designed raptor tail hub where the grub screws snap off and it throws the tail blades. Fits on using the same yoke, shaft etc. I did a post with pics on here somewhere.

Cheers, but a quick check shows as no stock. I will have a look around and see if I can get some elsewhere.
