Sure FL **** up sometimes.. despite what you think they are only human.. Gladly when Jamie or Andy becomes aware of the problem.. they sort it out pronto... I have had things picked incorrectly and delivered.. one phone call and its sorted

i.e. T rex 450 landing gear in chrome.. Blue turned up.. phoned FL at 4:00pm .. Andy's response .. keep them, and he would send out correct set.. 10:30 next day.. sign for delivery "a set of chrome skids"... Great service!!

Nice touch too, that Chris takes time to post here.. for whatever reason.. good or bad

I just had a parcel turn up that showed up as being delivered on the RM website before 1pm, shame i signed for it at 14:46
