Yup, I havent had a problem with FL either, although I have only placed one order - albeit a large one.

But I have similar issues with another supplier, at first they were great and I spent a lot of dosh there, now I dont even get my e-mails answered w.r.t items on orders that have not been delivered since they were out of stock at the time of order placement. That is why I went to FL.

I once ordered ball link pliers for a 450 from FL and was sent a set for a bigger heli so naturally they didnt work to well, this is why i now use Rupert at Blink heli's, he is polite and keen to resolve any problems not that i have had any, the first time i spoke to the guy we had an hour long conversation, i had to cut him off as i was at work lol and he offered me a cuppa if i ever went there in person! I have subsequently ordered everything new from his shop.
also the delivery thing is poo, I ordered a 9257 from Ireland on the thurs just before bank holiday and it was here and fitted by weds afternoon.
thats only 3 working days from a different country

If you believe hes taking your items home and then delivering them as and when he feels like it you should report him and he would be instantly dismissed for Willfull delay of mail, which is not only the most severe Royal Mail misdemeanor but also a criminal offence so chances are he would also be prosecuted.

Karl , I have pm,d you a couple of times but no reply are you getting them ? . Also let me address the delivery thing that keeps coming up. On a normal week any order before 3pm gets shipped the same day. Yes there can be the odd exception but in 99.9% of cases our shipping room is empty and everything gone by 4.30. Now let's look at a bank holiday weekend basically after our cut of point on Friday nothing gets shipped until Tuesday at the earliest. Also consider that when the lads come in on Tuesday morning they have to pick and pack everything from Saturday evening through to Monday at 3pm. It's pretty much impossible to pick and pack that many orders and maintain the shop and telephones. And as a result some orders don't go out until Wednesday. But rest assured by Wednesday we are back to our 99.9% of orders going put same day again. So on balance I am very happy with the service we provide. It's our goal to keep it at that level as well :-)

As it looks like you have to go to the states for these gears, get at least 4 sets and save on the postage.
I wonder if there is a compatable metal gear set that will fit - like you can change the hitec HBs into MGs.
