I seriously believe that there is some sort of slowdown in the journey from FL's neck of the woods to mine as like I have said it is only them that I have the problem.

This has gone on for 2 MONTHS.... so please read the original post before suggesting i wait for a few days for delivery... Delivery is NOT going to happen.

did you not google the servo prior to buying and check out availibility of gear sets ??

why did you not go for the metal geared version, a few quid more and would not have caused any hassle ?!

they replaced the defective servo so what more do you want from them ?

                Chris,

I appreciate your coming online and responding, As I said to Andy today I have been a customer of Fastlads for a while now and have spent a fair few pounds with you. At the end of the day all i wanted was to rebuild my heli and get it back in the air. I did not expect this to drag on this long and asked today again, what can be done if the gear sets are not sourced. I did not get a reply to that. My standing is the same, all I want is the heli back in the air. The part I don't understand is that Ripmax themselves as well as numerous other Dealers have all stated that the servo has been dropped by Futaba and no gear sets are being made.. I can only go with the info I have and although it is the same for you, you seem to have different info.

However, as you said lets not have this bouncing around the forum all night, we can move this to PM's to get a resolve.

I've orderd bits off FL too, and wouldn't have got them if i hadn't chased the order up.

                    I'm a bit miffed too.

Had to make my own tea last time I was there.. Crap service.

                    And they had no milk.

                      Bank Holiday Monday.

But according to a public forum I read there are currently problems with Royal Mail deliveries being delayed after RM forced through un-agreed working practices in many regions of the country.

I'm told RM prioritise Special Delivery Items.

                          Dear Mr Walton,
I'm a very disappointed customer too. Yesterday I ordered a tail linkage thingy for my 600N and to my horror a tail linkage thingy arrived in the post today! I am mortified as I was expecting a Trex700 to have been accidentally put in the post to me.
In protest, I will continue to singly order obscure parts for my heli until either:
Someone accidentally sends me a Trex700
                          or
You resolve this matter immediately by sending me an Avant Aurora
