quick delivery is not always the only thing you look for from a trusted supplier though is it..
I myself ordered two sets of bearing blocks from readyheli in the states last sataurdy (before the holiday weekend) and they arrived the following tuesday and yet the service was also better than any uk supplier i have dealt with with lots of email communication from the guy in the shop about the blocks, the delivery time etc.

That cannot be proved Tom unless you can prove us wrong this week.Originally posted by brgsstm View PostIts not a big deal, but if I had ordered from elsewhere I would of had it today

How about waiting until you see when the item was shipped before making statements up front.
I'll wager most orders are behind at the post office due to the Bank Holiday weekend anyway.
I for one have always had excellent service from Fastlads hence they get a place in my sig.

I ordered some parts from FastLad yesterday at 2.30pm and they arrived today, which is the norm for me. I've only had one order that was late, but that was soon remedied when I called to let them know.
Out of all the shops around that I've tried, they rank right up there with the best for speed and quality of service IMHO.
However if you feel you've had crap service and can't get it resolved to your satisfaction, then it's probably the right thing that you take your business elsewhere.Rotorworx Trex450, Trex600 LE

Quick delivery is out of the hands of the shop/supplier anyways... and left in the hands of the courier/RoyalFail. Sometimes when you get something next day all the time (and mine 99% of the time is from fastlad) then you expect it like that all of the time. Not that this has anything to do with the original accusation mind but just a reminder.

Can't beat Fast Lads. I'm sure if they made a mistake they would have sorted you out. Still no-ones perfect and if this is one of the FEW times fast lads have screwed up then I'll still buy from them as in my experiance anytime theres been a mistake (and thats very rare in my experiance) they have been outstanding in sorting my problem out. In fact who else would send a pair of 600 blades out for me to try out on spec to eliminate a problem? Did not charge me upfront either. (I bought them in the end anyway). Seems your alone on this one unfortunatly.ONE Eddie Gold Star!

Mind you i do find it rather strange... its works the opposite for me usually. I get fastlad gear next day usually and midlands in about 2 - 3 days. Would lead me to beleive its down to the posty and our locations.Originally posted by brgsstm View PostI ordered some misc items from Midland yesterday and they arrived today

ok, this is NOT about late delivery,, that I could live with.. this is about being sold obsolete servo's for which there are NO gear sets available... This has gone on for 2 MONTHS.... so please read the original post before suggesting i wait for a few days for delivery... Delivery is NOT going to happen.

Hi karl. My name is chris Walton . I am a director of fast lad performance and I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the response you have been getting from us. The servos in question were added as a new item on our site in nov last year and are still listed as current and available for sale from ripmax on there trade site. We have had repeated promises in from ripmax that gear sets would become available but as can be seen from your frustration they have not been able to supply us and in turn us supply you. During your call to andy today I understand that he offered to try and source gears from elsewhere and would call you next week if he had been sucesfull. I understand you declined his offer of the call to you and in preference you would call next week. So unfortunately this is where we find ourselves you with crashed broken servos and us with no gears. So rather than this bounce round the forum all night let us know what your expectation is here and I will see what I can do to accomodate it. Your experience with fast lad performance is far from the norm as you will see from most comments on this forum.
Appologies if my further responses are slow I am on the hull to Rotterdam ferry heading to Denmark for an event. And it's a bitch to type on an iPhone in a force 7 gale :-)
Cheers
Chris
