Has anyone heard of this make of helicopter? It is alledgedly made by the same company that produces the parts for Align's range.
    Any ideas?
    Nik.

    Before you ask:

    About 2 miles
    Over £500
    Very difficult
    Over 80mph
NO, you can't have a go

flown one and it looks not bad at all. unfortunatly this one the tail belt snapped mid flight and what a mess it made. i'm sure he was unlucky though. it's a decent enough heli.

    cheers

Looks like it will fit the Align 450s. The feathering shaft is 4mm.. Trying to find main shaft size now.

If you in the market for a cheaper Align rival - try the CopterX.

I had the CopterX 450SEv2 and it was brilliant for the money, flew just like my T-Rex 450 and was quite a bit cheaper.

My friend had a copter x and it was nice, he sold it not long back to a lad at our indoor, the reason i ask about this heli though is coz someone emailed me asking to swap the nexus for it, cf main body, cnc head and tail, all servo's and tail is digital, upgraded Align motor, 60 amp esc, fg blades and some spares, the only thing im not sure about is the gyro, he says its a hl400 digital headlock, correct me if im wrong but isnt this the stock twister gyro thats even more worse than the stock eflite gyro?

            Ah ok cool.

Well as for the gyro... If you're used to something like the 401 then it is going to be a step or two back as it won't hold that well. IIRC I had a HL400 on a Hornet X-3D and it was terrible, lots of drift and temp sensitive.

i think i will keep the nexus on ebay for now then, as much as i would like a second heli ready modded, i really would rather prefer a 401 thanks for the advice so far though
