Now you may know I tend to source stuff from abroad to cut my costs like many others but I have got to praise UK based Real Raptors for there great customer service over the last 10 days. I ordered an arizona regulator, failsafe pin & 2400mah battery after contacting them about availability and had it put on back order with a view to it being available around the 24th August. They have sent me numerous emails keeping me informed about shipments etc and today it arrived, a week earlier than expected.

If everybody treated thier customers in this manner I would certainly think a little longer before buying overseas so well done to Real Raptors

P.S anybody got an arizona fitted to a knight ? if so where abouts.....

I use real raptors all the time now, great service, parts with you the next day, i made an internet order once but selected v1 parts along with v 2 parts by mistake , Vicky called me up to see if i did need them bits i realised my mistake and alterd the order on the phone.

They get my vote anytime!!
