i flew in the wind
with a scale heli
using anolog servos
with nicad batteries serving the radio gear
on 35mhz
with a flybar
and nitro fuel


what am i doing wrong?
as i'm told you can't fly in the wind, i need lipos, ghz and fbl

Flew 5 tanks on the 700n dfc after changing the clutch bell (starter owb is slipping a tiny bit for some reason now). Flies absolutely perfectly heaps of power and even better now it's tuned and the vortex is setup a bit better .

but i'm told ripmax has the tt stock it their depot but it hasn't yet made it to the shops
so hopefully soon we will have stocks of tt spares
as i'm waiting for a torque tube, and when i get my hands on one i'll be taking the measurements off it and i'll make my own
i may even pull my 90 apart for the length of it

Flybarred but not 35mhz Anyhow I went to try an inverted piro circuit but bailed out almost immediately lol & the Mobius was more hidius lol.

Had one with my 700e DFC and 3 with the velo 50 n2 (love this heli) no sooner did we load up and the heavens opened up , also must add to Foza's post Darren is really doing well......

Tried piro flips with the Triabolo today and still suck at them!!!

Flew my Blade 450 today and learned to stall turn and its my 5 flight with a biggish heli!

Only got 1 flight in today but it was a big milestone for me the misses came and watched for the first time since my incident over a year ago. She was a bit scared bless her but it meant a lot to me!



She even offered to carry the Logo back

Yes and tried a T640c with camera, bit too windy though to do much, flew Nano SR for the longest ever today....

Had a good early morning flight on the 7hv. Always amazes me how this "gentle giant" fly so well. Just cruising around and the odd flips and rolls here and there. It is always a pleasure flying this heli.
