Just spent lunch setting up the 130x in my DX7 and put one battery through it doing gentle figure of 8's as it was in the car park at work and a bit windy. No tail wag/shaking/vibrations/tip overs/rubbing on FETS....etc. etc. so all in all well pleased...so far!! this is going to be my "learning inverted" crashing heli Now just got to charge up the 10 Gens Ace 450mAh batteries I've bought for it and then shorten the adaptor lead and the battery JST leads...might invest in a crimping tool!

Just discharged 4 packs on the 500. A bit of wind but it is manageable, it's good to kill time while waiting for my son to finish up his kumon.




A small space behind the community center, it's not ideal but it will do.

Not today; but that's the first time in the last 3 weeks that I haven't. Lack of flying today was due to some big buzzing insect try to get in one ear then the other, which cased me to land my 700e a bit too heavily which split the tailblades, yesterday.

was quite gusty here as well but screw it, had a few flights on the 450, 550 and the 700 actually enjoyed the day and had 10(?) flights in total ...

Yes & my Mobius attempt was diabolical & embarrassing however I'll still post the video lol. It's annoying aswell that when trying hurricanes they feel more banked than they are until you watch them back & see it's more an inverted circuit Maybe fbl will lock them in better?? it did on Laurence's Mcpx.

Dusted off the 700N today barely missing the rain when I had packed up. Performed well but it showed that I hadn't been flying it for a while.

A quick vid of last weekends pirouetting tic tocs which just don't want to stay put LOL. I'm more delicate with the sticks on the sim but all hell breaks loose at the field.

And more importantly, Darren (one of the nicest blokes you'll ever meet) has recently started tackling backwards-inverted flight. Here's a video I took of him today. He's looking really confident going into them and it's nice to see someone making progress. He's already started half-piroflips on Phoenix so watch this space!!

Yep I flew today! 5 3/4 flights on the Rappy 90 and 4 flights on the Knight 3d FBL. Was a cracking day too, bit breezy, but nothing the helis couldnt deal with.

My talent however ran out at about 3:30
