Flew my Hubsan X4 today, as I do most other days. Pop out to the garden for a 10 min fag. Still not bored of this little bugger. Anyone else flying this?

X4= the best £40 I've ever spent in this hobby, so much fun. Now, if only blade could take a leaf from hubsan's book and make something good.

Another great day flying the nitro. Tryed all sorts of new moves. But cut short by f#@*ing batterys. Rx pack died grrrrr. Y dose it always come down to batterys. I thought If I get a nitro I can fly all day but no I still need more lipos. Still smiling ;p

Great weather in Suffolk so 8 tanks throughto the T700n. Had fun in the last couple with the wind but all in a good day flying. Just introduced the wife to my Gob500, she just introduced me to a dark look!!!

Weren't me dude, 'twere the fella in the mask and scrubs using the size whatever blades. I was asleep at the time but had to be there thanks to a triple aortic abdominal aneurism. Right now I feel like sh*t and don't care much for not having any fun at all. My fault for being 72 innit.

Had a tank through the velo testing to ys60, running it really rich and still bags of power but had a small amount of vibration on the tail so brought it down to check and found a tail blade had a half inch split on a trailing edge! Think I've got an issue with a life battery as it only had 37% left in after a 7min flight ? Had 2 packs in my 600pro and loved it, put a gryphon on it since I flew it last, running it through just 1 6s pack and only 1% difference between packs. Bit rusty today though as not flown since feb!

Life packs are very difficult to gauge with a normal lipo checker. They drop off from peak voltage very fast and hold a nominal voltage for a long time,

You should fly once and recharge to see how much you've used. Then two flights then three until you reach you safety cut off point of how much you feel comfortable putting back.

Yeah, they make you sleep through the op and miss all the fun...
If they had to make a large abdo incision then you will feel kicked by a horse for a while (been there) whatever age (I'm 8 years behind you)

Filled my boots today and so did everyone else. 700 spat a magnet so 600 it is then! The highlight was seeing Varelco's Goblin 500 in the flesh. Think I may have to reconsider the Logo 550 purchase now :-S

forza , i had 3 flights with my gobler 500 this morning , even tho i only got about 20 flights with my 550sx , 6s n 12s , i would say that you should try n see a 550sx flown or try n fly one first , if you get my drift

Cheers Ady. That's a big compliment to Logo when you consider the luck you've had so I will take everything into consideration. I'm not in the market for another heli till end of June anyway so I've got time on my hands. Definitely want to try something other than Align and The logo has the advantage of letting me use the 2 lipos I already have. Maybe Varelco will let me have a go on his Goblin 500 and his Logo 600 (hint hint).
