Had some awesome flights today. Managed about 20 consecrative piros inverted for the first time. Also did the first part of a inverted funnel. Hovering nose in tilted it up a bit, bit of ele and rudder and did one full circle surprisingly smooth then draped myself and flipped it back up and landed. Nice way to end the weekend flying,
Sim time is starting to pay off :-)

Nice one, I look foward to you getting a full funnel going 'infront' of you It took me a long time to get over ther fear of it passing right unfront of me.

yeah I was very high, plenty of room for recovery :-) . But yes it was well in front of me the whole time.

Yep, managed to squeeze in 1 quicky between the showers. A dam good quicky it was too as i managed (by accident although it was what i was trying to achieve) my first TRUE hurricane. This one was proper knife edge lol & kind of scary & kind of not if you 'get me' lol. I'd been getting it to the point enough to call it a hurricane but this baby was like BAMM!!! I also done some pretty close in 4 point tic tocs......I give all credit to the can of Monster Khaos as it usually brings out the Szabo in me . My next 10 flights will probably be pants now.

very nice day - well cold but ...

as I had upgraded all my fbl units to 2.1 as well as my transmitter (DX8) to the latest version, I went through all setups during the week and finally was able to test all my machines ...

interestingly, all blade tracking was spot on, just by using a digital pitch gauge ... all helis were perfectly fine except the 500 who needed a little bit more expo ...

after flying the 500 and 600 in the gusty winds and considering them to be perfect I finally came to the 700 (which had a minor maiden fault ....)

anyways, actually the first pack was mainly for testing purposes but everything sorted (did the autorotation gear mod to overcome the tail issue) so I did stick to the new model ... after 9 flights on the model today I must say "I LOVE IT" still unsure about the canopy ...

excellent day - all went perfectly fine ...
