Went to the field today, had 4 packs on my 450, no problem until my last one, when around half flight tail started kicking out. When i realised something was wrong i just landed it, to see that the tail hub sliped and it no longer had enough pitch on the tail to counter the main blades...

I had 4 flights on the 500 early this afternoon (sorry miskin). Had some adjusting on the VX1n to do and I have it just how I want it. Thanks to Forza for helping me get the feel I was after. Its flying great but Forza found the answer to a problem I was having with it. A servo is slipping under load so looks like more servo gears will need to be ordered and hopefully this problem will be solved!

I went for fly after work, im still pretty new to this and not flown my blade 400 for acouple of weeks due to a seized motor (when i say flown i really mean hoved round a little). Before the motor packed up i was having trouble with intermittant power drops!! well found out today it was the battery being pushed back into the motor when i put the canopy on.. i feel this is definatly a newbie error!!! (thanks for all your comments on the issue in a previous post!!!)
I ran 3 lipos through it with the canopy off absolutly fine, i did mind you find it alot harder to orientate...

I then had a fly with my new Blade 200SRX, i know this is only a 4ch fixed pitch heli but thought it would be good for orientation training, Wow what a great little heli, i was flying large circuits and having an absolute blast..
And to top it all off, What a day!! sun was out and there was virtually no wind.. and with the south downs in the background it couldnt of gone any better... IMG_2285.jpgIMG_2286.jpg

Maiden E700 no2 with the vx1n installed, now a back to back with vbar installed in my other one, trim flight done and lots of tweaking with data pod. and lovely windless weather to finish

Yesterday was a total washout but i got seven flights in today with my Trex 600 and 7HV. I'm still very much at 'mediocre' (at best) skill level but starting to get a bit more confident with my inverted:

+1 The Frontier lads were great hosts and despite the busy flightline I had 2 flights on the 500 and 2 on the Logo. Gutted I didn't get my right rudder piroflip on video on the last flight (after a bit of goading) but loving the flight to music aspect lol. Didn't expect anything less with Dave and Dean in attendance.
