Installing AR7000 on Rpator 30

Morning all,

Just plugging in all the servos etc, but im stuck. Could someone be kind enough to tell me what number goes where on the Rx.

Numer 3 is a switch, and im unsure what nnumber 6 is.





Throttle - Number 5
Ail -
Elev -
Rudder - Gyro
Gear - Gyro sensitivity cable
Aux 1
Aux 2
Batt - Switch

On setting up my T-rex 500 with the AR7000 I put:

Servo---------- AR7000 Input
Throttle (ESC) --Thro
Aileron servo --- Ail
Elevator servo -- Elev
Gyro ----------- Rudd
Gyro sensitivity - Gear
Pitch servo ----- Aux 1
Aux 2 - Didn't need it
Batt - Didn't need it

Cheers, I presume the pitch servo has to go in one of the Aux ports?

Ail - Aileron
Elev - Elevator
Rudder - Gyro

Aux 1 -
Aux 2 -

Pitch if i recall from my Raptor went into Aux1. 6 which is a battery led monitor can plug into Aux 2

Dude, you're half way there. Make sure that your tx is set up for mechanical mixing (ie not eCCPM) as per the manual then plug one servo in at a time and take it from there. I set up my Raptor 50 and GL450 the same way. You won't do any harm if you take it slowly and methodically.

Alternatively, you could read the manual. But that's not an attractive proposition!

I have read the manual this morning, and I think it is ok, but wouldnt mind someone wh knows they are doing (jamie) checking it over.

Have to wait for the 2000ni-mh batteries to charge on the 70mah charger now

Think I will have to invest in a lipo.

Should get you 90% of the way there and reduce the work to be done when you get it checked over later on.
