New Align 470LM, swash error?

Hi folks I'm back! and I've got issues!
Why is the swash ball shorter on the elevator than the front two balls on this swash? does my kit have wrong parts? I'm sure the heli climbs with forward elevator and sinks with back elevator as a result.
this would stand out like a sore thumb to anyone with a swash leveller, as it does with my zip tie.
The catalog pic actually looks like it has the same error..
I had been really impressed with the kit up to this issue.
First build for over ten years.

It's plain from the stock photo that the geometry is out and the front balls are longer.

After I mentioned about the custom swash feature in Vbar (pro) on Facebook, I went looking at the Beast X wiki, and you can do a custom swash in that if you have the dongle and Studio X software.

The custom swash options are not easy to figure out at all in studioX...
I made a correction with an elevator collective mix, which seems to work. That corrects as long as the swash is following the stick position... but doesnt cover the control system variations from that.
its only small, 1-2%.
Any flying gong on at Sheffield Bigpops? I'm just flying in the field behind my house.

No flying here mate. My micro is broken (and discontinued) or I'd be in the garden.

Don't forget your invite to Dronfield still stands once flying season gets going and restrictions start to lift. Last year was lovely. Lots if mid week flying, though we missed the really long spell of good weather due to the first lock down.
