I've always been a fan of yellow.....but in the main if you like flying close then any colour will do, but if you go high and like the spread your wings so to speak then you need to stick with bright and highly visible colours.

I like very bright colours, mainly bright yellow and orange, they seem to stand out very well in the sky.

Black isnt such a daft idea for night flying, as if you put some indeglo strips on the canopy it looks really effective!

                Cheers,
                Pete.

Has anyone used the full canopy decals from rcgraphics yet?

                    http://www.rcgraphics.co.uk/cart.php...&category_id=1

I generally like a white canopy, but I think I might be better off with some colour seeing as grey skies are here again!

They all look to busy for my liking, I prefer to stick with 1 or 2 colours max with a simplish set out, that way you don't get distracted to much.

large panels but not too large. white, black and one other works well preferably something that contrasts to black and white.

I find that the colour of the main blades is more important than the canopy. The grey ones that come as standard with a Sceadu are damn near impossible to see in flight.

i find looking at the disk confuses things. better to look at the canopy/skids and boom as a whole.
