voltage is voltage.
a 2s li-po was a voltage of 6-8.4v depending on state of charge. Stop voltage is 7.0v under a 1amp load.
the br2000 is capable of checking 7.2v nicad/nimh which is 6-9v
stick it on 7.2v and your sorted. stop flying when it hits 7v and you wont have a problem.

Ordered the BR-2000 for £26 shipped from the far east & My knight turned up at 7ish this morning, had a quick look over & check to see if everything was there. Must say it looks very impressive with only a couple of minor cosmetic changes to be made and the few mods that Ade has pointed out in his info thingy. Happy bunny this weekend 
. Now I gotta go finish tidying the garage
