Gaui 200

Just flew my Gaui 200 for the 1st time tonight
What can i say BBBBBRILLIANT LITTLE MOVER
I would recommend one to anyone

Yup.. they are good little helis. Price for spares can be a little of a shock for tiny pieces of aluminum with bearings in em though

Just the right size to have in the back of the car, and to give it a whizz around whenever you have time...

Just buying one myself, the new V2. Well, everyone asks about Trex250/Gaui 200, thought I should get the other one as well lol

Any tips? Can't see to find much about them on these forums (obviously I found this link on a search)

Oh, can you run them on the same 3S packs do you know??

You can run the gaui 200 on 3s, but you will have to ensure that you will run the correct pinion in doing so. your trex250 batts should therefore come in useful

Cheers mate, yeah, collection is growing lol. Would of grown more seeing an ad on this site, but can't respond to them just yet (new on here)

Still not got the batteries for my 250, flying on a mates set (on loan). Wonder if the 2S will be in sooner??? lol

Got myself a trex 250 recently as well.. Courtesy of Barney(Brian) on here

Haven't managed to take her out and fly her properly yet.. Just in the set up stages.. Waiting for some small connectors to be delivered...Need them to put on my new lipos for it.

Quite happy with the 200 on 2s at the moment.Though I am waiting on a few parts to get her back in the air again. One of the blade grips let go on my last flight.. Not too much damage..just a new set of blades, crown gear. and a metal arm. Advantage of the 2s is they are dead cheap!

BTW.. Maxpoly got a sale on there 3s 800 packs. Just under £10 for one. I bought another 3 packs from them for the trex 250

..also if you see something you like from someone on here, you can always just PM them.

Think you'll like the 250 mate. Having flown an Aplus 300, expected it to be as twitchy, if not worse. Apart from the size (it gets small quite quickly), find it flies very much like a 450.

When my Gaui 200 arrives, might just stand it with it's bigger brother, the 550 first, then see what I need to get it going. If you are happy on 2S, then that's good enough for me. Cheers mate.
