  • DX6I Recalls - anyone having aggro!

    Been waiting nearly 2 weeks to get mine back after the recall over the Pots issue. Still no sign,just told that they are waiting on replacments to come in for 4 people where I bought mine from(shop doing all they can).

    Just as I was getting some confidence on Pheonix & hovering my balde in the garden......never thought I'd get this hooked on a hobby that its driving me insane waiting for it to come back!!

    checked mine as far as i can see it is fine but a bit supprised at spektrum they are usually better than this

      I sent mine away to be fixed (as it had the fault).. And it took them over 2 weeks to send it back.. i called them last Thu (2 weeks since i sent it) and they said they got all the stock back in, inspected them and they're going to send them out in batches..

      Got mine back on Mon (they replaced it with a brand new one)..

      So hopefully yours is on its way.. If not give them a ring..

        I imagine that the sheer volume of Tx's being recalled and looked at would dictate a medium length wait for one to be returned.
        Horizon's service is excellent, so I'm sure they're doing all they can to turn them around as fast as they can.
