It does work....but you are far better off getting a USB link and adding a "deadband" to the gyro using the software rather than using Expo in the transmitter......

5 is normal default.......so if that isnt so try starting there.....
I did mess with mine just for the hell of it and needed about 10-12 before you could actually "feel" any differance...!! But it does depend how much play you have in your tail setup and how much mechanical gain you are getting from your servo arm also what tail blades you are using among other things....im back down to zero now but it realy does depend how YOU want it to feel...

the gyro has a fair bit of expo built in as default i wouldnt want to use much more.
there is no problem with adding more expo either in the gyro expo function or expo on the transmitter but the softness you gain around the centre will be offset by it being over responsive at larger stick travels.
