  • I'm getting exceeded attachment limit!!!!

Have deleted some attachments from my panel but still getting this error when trying to upload pictures.

Anyone else getting the same when uploading pictures to the forum.

More to the point has a limit been set to each user.??

yep i got it today also..
its a bit of a pain as most of them i cannot delete as they are thumbnails in the sticky phoenix skins thread which are there not for my use but for other users of the forum.

Surely deleting the old ones defeats the object of an archive of good info?
I guess some old attachments are going to be useless, but is that the case for them all?
I was sure there isn't a limit on here?
            Cheers,

by the looks of it rob its been changed recently.

I went to put a few new thumbnails onto my skins thread and was told i had exceeded the limit.

I had to delete some of my personal pictures so that i could upload the thumbs

Edit: I just noticed that your gallery space is still unlimited.
I may have to do a bit of shuffling around

This is annoying for people like me who like to use the search function to find out info.

You can just upload your photos to flickr or photobucket and link them into the forum.

Maybe that's where I'm getting confused - the gallery is unlimited... maybe I have crossed my wires?

Upload stuff to your gallery then link to it in the thread...

Alan, you can save some thumbnail space by removing the Knight 3D skin thumbnails - they're not needed
                          LOL

its always had the "fuel gauge" bar , but it does seem to fill up quick now. perhaps the limit has been lowered by someone??
