Yep been playing with the throttle linkage so had to reset the governer again Rob.

The thing was screaming its nuts off when I first flicked into idle 2 but hell did it perform.

      Wicked power delivery.

I want the mornings to get lighter. Might stop the wife moaning about it being dark when she has to get up for work. Come the summer she's out of bed 2 hours before she needs to be

Getting home in daylight now which is good. I'll get to fly in my garden a little if I'm lucky.

I'm lucky enough to be able to fly at work - I have a whole airfield all to myself

Problem is I've been just too busy, or it's been too windy for me and my little 450. I did have a quick go with the 4#3b in the workshop today, but the motor decided to burn out after about 1 minute

Looking better for tomorrow, but as we're flying and I'm running the field I may not get much time again

I didnt realise you worked at stratford gliding.

I went there with Transco for a couple of free flights in your gliders and absolutely loved it

I forget the guys name who I flew with but he was a great bloke who let me fly take control for what seemed like ages.
I thought I did ok with the flying but I got totaly disorientated after a couple of turns, I had no idea where the feild was. I was pleased when I was told to bank right and the runway was right infront of us

If any of you other heli guys are local I would recomend going along to one of the group evenings where you can have a go for yourself.

Sorry for going totaly off topic.
