  • Shipping Question

I am selling one of my heli,s. What is the easiest way to pack it in a box so that the buyer does not have to go through a re-build.

Is it for sale or have you sold it and need to post it?

If it's for sale, what is it?

If it's sold, remove the blades and tail-boom and pack up in much bubble wrap, in a sturdy cardboard box.

        Mack,

I ship my heli's usually in the box the new heli came in. I take off the boom and head then use bubble wrap, scrunched up newspaper and we have at the factory edge protection hard cardboard that comes with pallets of paper and I put this on the edges of the box and wrap in brown paper.

I haven't an issue yet on goods shipped in terms of any damage at delivery. Thomas got my Avant shipped this way, plus inc in the box was the hirobo head and spares too.
        Cheers
        Stuart
