Firstly let me say that, Steve Coomes, aka. Raptormadsteve, or Unsunghero, is a totally A***hole, and should get locked up for his actions. (bring on the legal action Mr Coomes, I'm waiting . . . . )

One other thing to say, because no-one else has stated the obvious, so I will, Andy, I think you have been very naive in your dealings with Coomes, hopefully you have learned a few lessons in good business practice, and being careful letting other people have uncontrolled access to your money, property and good name.

An interesting read, from a newbie its sad to here that. I can speak from experience I know where you coming from, but dont give up through the small claims route - it does work.

I had a similar agreement selling 'football memorabilia' and it was bad enough lining the pockets of greedy kitmen, but I got ripped off by someone who was classed as a friend for many years, same type of scenario obviously different products. But I persevered & got most of what I was owed back..even if it took well over a year!!!
