Brilliant idea ! Just joined a club to find they all fly planks ! I need input! Would be happy to attend just to look and learn!
GIVE a man a Fish and he will eat for a day. TEACH him how to Fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day!!

Say I set up a forum called "MEETS or Fly-Ins" - Then create a sub forum for every county. Then you can go into your county and place your event. Also Don't forget the Calendar on the top sub bar has two types of calendars ones for members birthdays and one for event's so again you can also place in this.
      Cheers

Would be a great idea. Will be handy to know what is going on locally and get to know some local members - and discussion will be much easier rather than trying via pm etc

Would like to get this implemented also,

seems like a good idea, but i would also like to see some kind of Post count before see section, you never know what kind of people are out there,

also, i would like to organize a meet up sometime, but there arent many members near me

yeah I agree, make it the same criteria as the for sale forum in that you have to be a member for 30 days and have 50 posts to see it.

Great idea ... as a lone self taught helier I would welcome the opportunity to meet others.

Im surprised how many members of this forum are pretty local to me.
I'm not suprised... loads of people live in "a house"
