  • proposal to have a 'MEETS' section

I was thinking it would be good if there was a section on this forum for people who want to meet up to fly. would be great for people who are just starting out too who would like to meet up to watch others fly and get face to face advice without joining a club. what are your thoughts on this?

I think it's a solid idea Stuart. Would allow demographics to play a bigger part and allow members to highlight casual meets and or invites to private flying if they chose to.

Regular meeets, events and club events could also come under discussion

It would definately be worth while for me as all the clubs near me arent taking any more memberships and I would love to have a meet with people to learn techniques and build friendships etc

We can either run it as a forum or I can have look for a simple mod.

What does that mean. I'm up for a full blown meet up/fly with south london flyers. Even further a field if need be. How difficult can it be?
