Since i have just been made the head of helicopters of my local club i thought i better do a bit of membership recruting, or at least attemp as we have some free spaces.
The club itself has at the moment about 40 members but has spaces for more and has 2 flying fields, one is westland helicopters main airfield and the other being just outside of villiage called merriot near crewkerne.
Though it is not a fly any time anyday club between the 2 airfields we have good flying hours, expecially on a sunday where the air field at yeovil is helicopters only.
This club is for planes and helis, we are a helpfull bunch of guys that will welcome begineers and can help with builds, set-up and help with the first few nearvous hovers.
The bonus is that our club is only £37 a year membership.
Look at the bottom of my signature for the link to the club website and you can email our club chairman direct from there or PM me for details
Cheers
