Not to be a killjoy but unless you have a high specced machine and good internet access you are going to struggle to host more than 4 people (I think the max is 8 in Phoenix).

start about 10 and end about 8:00 or a bit latter as family may be round and want to get a good session in
a maximum of 7 at any 1 time
