    Just bought a DX6i from Brin, my question is do i need a Spektrum receiver to go with it or can i just use any 2.4ghz rc receiver from any manufacturer?

    You'll need a Spektrum Nik. Preferably 6200, as the 6100 had some issues with the aerial if I remember

      blade 400 and the cx2 come with 6100e and i've had no problems

      Future = 1st - PL6 + PSU 2nd - Chase 360 3rd - DX9 4th - Who knows...there's too much choice

        6200 is better than 6100 although you probably need to be so far away that you couldn't control it. Different for a proper glider though.

            i payed around £50 for my AR6200
