    I want to place an order but i'm a bit worried as they don't have a contact number....... they look ok

    They also list a PO Box address and I cant find a contact number either, I wouldn't use them.

      They used to be pretty good back when the Ikarus Helis were the only small ones you could get, Piccolo, Pic Pro etc.

      Were based in Southport but Ian the guy who owned it sold it on I think so I'm not sure what they are like now...

        I’m always one for giving the benefit of the doubt; however I was going to suggest sending them an email via their contact form, for additional information and contact number, only to find it doesn’t read very customer friendly.

        Why is a company asking you NOT to contact them until 4 days after dispatch……
        …..make your own mind up…..I have!

          Shouldn't have worried.

          Ordered a Phoenix HV-85 late Monday and all arrived OK Wednesday

          Well pleased and soooooooo cheap plus free postage

          Will use again

            I've used them a fair few times to get Castle Creations stuff.

            All worked fine, and they promptly corrected a mistake.

            Their CC stock levels seem to be reducing, though. Maybe they're goign to stop doing CC stuff. The stuff I got was possibly 'priced to clear'.
