Oh man it was one of the best threads on here in a long time

I knew I should have taken a screen dump of it but it got deleted before I had a chance to, just the usual stuff person or persons unamed got their knickers in a twist posted some old wives tail and when he didn't get the support of the forum started attacking members.
The usual old crap really, apparently we are a load of train spotters

It was brought to my attention by members as inappropriate, then the original thread owner closed the thread and then requested his account removed.

Therefore it seemed pointless to keep the thread in view given that the thread was purely based on a personal issue with two members and added no benefit to other members of the forum. If you wish a copy of the original post via PM I can send you it.

Sorry, I don't agree, form what I gathered I was getting a hard time and had no opportunity to comment. I feel quite strongly about this as I have been given a reputation for being a conman in the part of Sussex to the extent where I have had someone refused to sell my an item on the BMFA and was also accused of not paying for a glider I bought and the seller jumped to the wrong conclusion before checking.

I read it and posted for the OP to deal with it privately. There was no need to bring it on here & if the dude had a problem with any member of this forum then he should have dealt with that person.

My question is, why start a thread flaming someone, close it before they have a chance to respond & then ask the admin to delete the thread & his account? He would just have been as well to deal with it privately anyway!!!

Just for the record, I'd had a few drinks, it was late and I'd been up since 2 am and couldn't remember the full extent of the first post...Thomas just used poetic licence above

He had already closed the thread by the time I came online to view it, so therefore the only way for you to shout back would be to start a new thread - it serves no purpose being on the forum then I would have had to remove your one in return.

If people want to vouch for peoples selling status they can do this via the Good Seller's forum or use the auction's to sell stuff. It equally works as a classifieds as well as auctions with far more functionality then get rated and feedback.

I'll not make any comment about Jim as the last contact I had with him was last summer and very amicable and I thought we were mates so not sure how I got into his bad books - Don't give the guy too much of a hard time, he's a good flyer and loves his helis, but is easily misunderstood.
