If you're giving it the beans and the heli isn't taking off perhaps channel 6 (pitch) is reversed. Either hit throttle hold or disconnect the motor and as you increase the throttle you can watch the pitch of the main blades change relative to the flybar. If they're going the wrong way reverse channel 6 on the transmitter.

        just to add
the correct pitch travel is the trailing edge (thin) will go down

Assuming it was getting off the floor before and you haven't crashed or damaged it, it is almost 100% certain the battery is now mullered and no good rather than anything in the setup

I'd go with the others here, it's either going to be insufficient pitch or insufficient headspeed. If you're running at 100% throttle in your transmitter and still not picking up it's likely to sound like it's:

A: going to explode the head is spinning so fast that only dogs can hear it...
B: as if it's really struggling and slowing down...

If it's 'A' then there's simply not enough pitch on the main blades to pick it up off the floor, if it's 'B' then it's a battery issue.

Do a quick common sense check, make sure you're using a fully charged battery before you try again. As daft as it might seem it wouldn't be the first time I'd done it...

If it's really slowing down then a new battery might well solve it. Hope you get sorted real soon.
