I had a great couple hours at DMHC yesterday. More people there than I've seen for ages which was great. Lots of different models on show. Test flight with the 700 was a success and I had ChrisB on my shoulder helping me with the engine settings. Thanks mate. Really appreciated that. As Mattie said, a brilliant few hours with some good mates! DMHC really is a great club.

Freezing cold here today, plus the breeze is a little too brisk for my CX2. Roll on the 500!

Well I went up the field today, cracking couple of flights... I am hoping this means my mojo is returning, I was even confident to attempt a few autos as well.

Went with Mark Lane to a club i have never visited before, and was gale force winds almost
Did get 3 flights in but was a challange to keep the heli in one place.
Gave the 700 2 outings and then finished off with a really good flight on the knight with it now working perfect,
Only myself and one other guy with a hand built plank brave enough to fly, or should that be stupid enough

I've been flying today. Not helis, gliders (full size). With the wind at 50kts at 2000' it was quite fun flying backwards

The approach was abit lively too

Luckily went yesterday before all this wind came through.
Was cold, about minus 3 but very enjoyable see photo of icy field attached.

Flew my 250 indoors for the first time today and loved it, felt a lot more confident chucking it around in a confined space than my over powered (for indoors) 450. Did 3 flights, had a nice chat with all the lads and came home happy.
