    Hi
I think the balls on the servo horns should be 19.5 mm on the elevator, pitch and aileron, and 13.5mm for the throttle and rudder according to the manual.
Frankly the manual is messy and could do with a rethink. It might be alright for an experieced builder but for a newcomer such as myself I think it's poor.
Still bought one though and many thanks for the article going to be refering to that a lot.

      hi mateys...
as dscwall says it 19.5 on cyclic lengh as per manual.its very long and the normal futaba horn isnt suitable for the job(not long enough)where it makes the difference is at full pitch travel when cyclic is inputted.
also if anyone wants to look at the new thrust race tail elyq have the new instructions on there site
the only thing we found a bxtch was the little e clips on the tail pitch slider and anti rotation bar...little buggers
but found the build quick and easy..i like the build

            Hi Rob...

I noticed you've installed 13.5mm servo horns on the cyclic... i did this at first and i wasnt really happy with the results..so i changed them them for 20 mm servo horn disc's, so now the rods hang vertical with the horns attaching to them at 90 degree's......... i'm now well happy with the end result..

Thanks chaps. I've been enjoying flying this Heli but as comments suggest trying longer horns I might just have to give that a go. I guess my swashmix values will drop quite a bit but still have plenty of speed doing that.
Plus, as has been said, better geometry on the links can't be bad!!!

I'll look into doing that when I get some time and keep you posted
              Cheers,

word of warning..please check main blade bolts pass through the nylon on the 4mm nut in main blade grips.im not sure whether elyq have resolved this yet with a longer 4mm bolt.i havnt got to fitting the main blades yet

the elyq comes with spare loops(plastic ones around the blades grips/like the rappy ones)spare ball links(plastic)thrust raced tail and even a blade caddy(with elyq logo on)
