I draw your attention to the paragraphs entitled:
Private Property - para 1
Harassment and invasion of privacy - para 6
Basically it says that if you have the permission to be on the property, with no restrictions being levied that forbids or limits photography whilst on the property, the photographer can take whatever pics they like. The second para says that, having taken the shot legally, the photographer can do pretty much what they like with it.
