2 x Honey Bee King 2 Free To Loving Home

I have 2 King 2's in various states of dis-repair. The complete 1 needs a new ESC and has a brushless motor. There is also a bag of spares some unopened and probably enough to build another one.

If you've got one flightworthy the spares would do you no harm.

Free to good home, I'll not use them again so all I ask is cover postage and a donation to Stuart on my behalf.

I would be very interested, because i just got my zoom 400 and people have told me it isnt a great starter with i found out when it hit the wall... How much would p&p be, and how much do i donat?

just would like to point out that the king 2 dan will not be a whole lot better to start on then your zoom!!

give it ago anyway.. when i lost my heli stuff boggy sent me a heli (ark x400 like your zoom!) and i spent a while gettingit all ready to fly and i finally did on a showstring budget. Which was challenging but was good fun! and i got a ssense of achivement when i got over all the little problems i had, had loads of help from this forum and leanrt alot about heli's from doing it!

dan i got an esky 25a brushless esc and brushless motor from a belt cp if you need it. you can get good and bad esky esc's because some catch fire in the first 1 - 5 flights so bare that in mind. this is a good 1 and i done about 50 flights with it.

oh a friend of mine said you have to do a little mod to king2 frame when fitting a belt cp motor ;0)

I do have a speed controler (is that a esc?) does any esc work, and how do i know what wires go were as they are all black?

esc for brushed and brushless motors are different. are you fitting a brushless motor and is you esc for brushless motors?

if all the wires are black then you just have to guess and try it.

As I have pointed out to Dan they are both in need of attention but there are enough spares to build one very good blinged one between them and enough to fix it following the inevitable. One of them has the brushless conversion but does need a new esc. Theres 4 sets of blades, tails and paddles numerous spares still in the packets, torque tube modification if needed, main gears etc etc. Battery, charger, tx and 2 rx's, training gear and all for the princely sum of nowt or best part of. I didn't particularly get on with them finding them too fiddly for my sausage finger hands and much prefer bigger beasts but with a little bit of attention they should do you just fine Dan and if not it's cost you a bit of postage. I'm sure if you run into trouble the helpful members on here will help you out.
