And, are you going to guarantee good weather?? You remember a summer - dry, warm, sunny, no wind, just a slight cooling breeze....... a distant memory in the UK

I'm sure you haven't got down to the details yet, but judging by those who wanted to attend Sunday it should be a sell-out.

    Cheers

        Great stuff!

Just went outside with my CX2 and my good lady clutching my "video". Alas all she captured was lots of grass on cam. Think she was turned off when she should have been turned on, and vice versa. Story of my life...

I've done that once or twice - luckily not on any pro shoots...

Have another go, and well done flying the CX2 outside - don't try it when there's any breeze about or it will whizz upwards and be pretty uncontrollable. Josh (my lad) tried to fly his on a windy day and flew it into a tree and stripped some gears....

Thanks for the warning. I flew outside yesterday too - have gone thru about 5 batteries in the garden across the 2 days. Hardly any wind here at present.

I'm still panicking when I get out of control but I have to say, the training gear I bought, whilst not the E-flite set, is doing well. Still on the original skids in spite of several "high altitude" dumps.
