Has any one ever bought any parts of blink helicopters? How was there service?

Ive had a fair amount from Blink. Cant fault them.

Have ordered a few batteries from them, always very helpful and the 1 time there was a problem with the courier they were very quick to sort it out.

I have ordered from blink twice and had some trouble twice.

I would strongly recommend you give them a call before you place your order to ensure they have stock.

Same here.

Trouble is when I ordered at the time they had no stock level indicator on their site.

Waited 2 weeks after purchasing from Blink then emailed them regarding my purchase and where was it.

Only positive thing about them was he emailed straight back saying he had no stock of what I ordered but would send as soon as they had delivery.

Never again.

I had similar problems on the one order I've made but I did get a couple of calls from Rupert in the end explaining the delay and I got a freebie as an apology so not all bad.

I ordered a lipo pack from them It did not turn up. I canceled my order.

I ordered an engine online but it was out of stock. They did called the next day to let me know. I would call them to make sure thay have what you want before ordering.

There was a thread just recently about midland helis, it seems their service can be pretty verminous as well! Fastlads all the way for me mate.....

Fast Lads and Real Raptors both seem to be very reliable, fast, and have online stock levels. You can be 90% sure if the website lets you make the order, it will be despatched the same day (assuming you order before 2.00pm).
