Do I need Throttle Curves

A simple one for you 3D practitioners I hope, I use a revlock 30 and am about to embark on inverted flight, for idle up1/2 do I need a flat 100% throttle line. I ask this because I read/heard that the revlock looks ahead at whats coming from the tx and then works its magic.

I would put a throttle curve in anyway as if the Gov ever failed then you would have somethingto fall back on and not have your engine screaming its n*ts off in the hover.
